LAHORE: Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) on Tuesday nominated Mohammad Zaka-ur-Rehman as Chairman of the FPCCI Regional Standing Committee for Hajj, Umrah & Tour Operators for year 2016.
FPCCI Regional Chairman Mian Rehman Aziz made this nomination, said the federations spokesman here.
He said that Zaka-ur-Rehman was a prominent figure in trade and industrialist community, and had been associated with tourist sector.
His appointment had been made in view of his vast experience, performance and activities in this sector, he said and added that Zaka also had plans to take on board all the persons having experience in tourist sector to form joint recommendations for betterment of this sector.
