KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) will announce the schedule of the first meeting of monetary policy (MP) after nomination of its members is completed.
In November 2015, amendments in the SBP Act 1956 were enacted.
According to which a monetary policy committee (MPC) has been constituted with the primary responsibility to decide about the monetary policy of State Bank of Pakistan, said SBP statement here on Thursday.
