KARACHI: Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed visited the residence of Pakistan Air Force's (PAF) first martyred female pilot officer Marium Mukhtiar here on Monday and offered condolences.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Flying Officer Marium Mukhtiar was a brave daughter of the nation, and a guiding force for Pakistani women.
Senator Mushahid Hussain said that he would suggest to the government that gallantry award should be conferred on Shaheed Maryam Mukhtiar in recognition of her bravery. He said that the people would always remember her martyrdom.
He offered Fateha for the departed soul and said the whole nation stands by the family of the Shaheed pilot.
