A case of fraud was filed against Pakistani renowned TV actress and anchor, Mishi Khan. She had agreed to appear in an advertisement but had later failed to do so. While, the actress, who was present in court, said the allegations against her are false, and that she never received any payment for the ad.
According to local media report, Mishi had denied all the allegations categorically and stated that neither had she taken any money nor committed any fraud against anyone. She also requested the court to extend her bail.
Khan was booked by the New Town police in July this year. The court first reserved a verdict on actress Mishi Khan’s bail plea but later granted her bail and ordered her to deposit Rs 50,000 surety bonds. Dr Afshan filed a case against the actress alleging that Mishi Khan cheated her for an ad campaign for her beauty salon and clinic.
