ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Friday strongly condemned the incident of firing in Karachi in which former Superintendent of Jail Ejaz Haider lost his life.
In a message the Prime Minister extended condolences to the bereaved family and directed the law enforcement agencies to beef up security in the provincial capital.
He said the ongoing operation in Karachi against militants and criminals would continue with full force till their complete elimination.
He said the perpetrators of this heinous crime should be arrested at the earliest and brought to justice.
