This is the first time India will appear against Pakistan without Sachin Tendulkar, since 1992. Retired legend Sachin Tendulkar said, Pakistan is going to give a tough time to India and this match is bigger than final match.
While giving an interview to Indian media he said, “The Pakistan game was a high pressure game compared to the final and creates a completely different atmosphere”.
Retired Tendullkar recalled his past memories of World Cup matches against Pakistan and said, “A Pakistan game is not only about that day. I remember 2003, when we played Pakistan at Centurion, my friends had started talking about it 10 months before that”.
Sachin Tendullkar is a cricket legend with a record of 18,426 runs with 49 centuries in 463 ODI’s.
In the absence of Sachin Tendulkar India will definitely feel his absence in ruling over a ground against Green Shirts. India and Pakistan will face each other in a thrilling clash on February 15, 2015 at the Adelaide to kickoff their battles in the 2015 edition of cricket’s mega event.
