ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Monday accepted the plea to bring back the illegally transferred money from Pakistan to Swiss Banks to the tune of 200 billion dollars for hearing and fixed it before the Justice Athar Minallah, date in office.
Chief Justice Anwar Khan Kasi accepted the constitutional petition filed by Muahammad Akram Advocate, after the removal of two objections raised by Registrar of the High Court.
The petitioner alleged that 200 billion dollar were illegally transferred from Pakistan to Swiss Banks which is public exchequer and should bring it back as feasible.
The petitioner further pleaded to pass such order which highlights the names of the persons involved in this corrupt practice.
He further requested to direct Foreign Ministry and Federation of Pakistan through Secretary Finance to take all possible masseurs to bring back state's money in the country.
Later the bench while accepting the petition for hearing send it before Justice Athar Minnallah for hearing with date in office.
