FAISALABAD: President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Engr Rizwan Ashraf has hailed the government's decision to cut down power tariff by Rs 2.97 per unit.
In a statement, he said that tariff reduction for electricity as well as petroleum products is a right step towards economic development and public welfare.
However, he urged the government to tap alternate and cheap energy sources as well in order to overcome power crises in the country.
