Reportedly, “For all of us, it is a tremendous delight and a little surreal to throw out the ceremonial first pitch of a ‘World Series’ game for our team.” They added, “We could not think of a better way to celebrate his memory. Let's go Giants”.
Sources revealed that, San Francisco Giants President, Larry Baer, released a statement on behalf of the team, “We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Robin Williams. Robin was a true artist who brought joy to the world through his brilliance, humor, talent and love for our community,” Baer said.
