WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama will deliver a national address from the White House late Wednesday on his strategy to confront Islamic State radicals.
Obama will speak to the American people at 9 pm (0100 GMT Thursday) to lay out his plan for "degrading and ultimately destroying" the Sunni militant group, an official statement said.
