KARACHI: Provincial Advisor for Auqaf and Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh on Media Sharmila Faruqui has said that nation should be united against those who spread hatred because these are anti-state elements.
We are united and all people belonging to various groups have no enmity against each other, she said.
She said while talking to mediamen visiting injured Syeda Mehzal Zehra here at a local hospital and presented her a bunch of flowers.
On this occasion she assured full support to the victim's family on behalf of Sindh government.
Sharmila Faruqui said that the government was against terrorism and extremism but some elements wanted to destroy the peace of Karachi.
They wanted to create differences between the masses but the people of Karachi would foil their ulterior motives.
Protection of the life and property of the people is the prime responsibility of government and government will do it at any cost, she concluded.
