The Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Islamabad region has resolved 14,500 gas leakage complaints and more than 6,000 low pressure complaints during the winter season, which were received through 1199, walk-in customers and on the landline number of various complaint centers of the gas distribution company in a very short span of time.

The Customer Care Department is providing 24/7 (round-the-clock) services to the valued consumers in the region stretching from Federal Capital area-Islamabad to Murree, Kahuta, Kallar Syedan, Taxila, Attock, Fateh Jang and Pindi Gheb etc. where the SNGPL's well equipped emergency teams are busy in swiftly responding to the received complaints within the stipulated time period to ensure an uninterrupted supply of gas to the valued consumers.

General Manager SNGPL Islamabad region, Muhammad Zahoor, is personally supervising complaint resolution activity on a daily basis. While acknowledging the services of the emergency teams and front desk staff, Muhammad Zahoor stated that during the winter season complaints of the valued consumers were rectified in the shortest possible time and an uninterrupted supply of gas was endured at every nook and corner of the region.

Due to continuous efforts and team work, the customer services department succeeded in addressing the challenges confronted during the harsh and chilly winter season.
