PESHAWAR: District administration Kohat Friday launched operation against encroachments established on the property Pakistan Railways.
According to details on the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohat, the Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC), Sahibzada Samiullah along with Assistant Executive Engineer, Pakistan Railways, Ziaul Jabbar carried operation against illegal construction through heavy machinery at Hangu Pattak locality.
During the operation, the administration retrieved 10 marla precious land worth Rs.7.7 million from the occupants.
Speaking on the occasion, the AAC Sahibzada Samiullah Khan said that the operation initiated on the directives of the provincial government will continue.
