Federal Ombudsman Justice Yasmin Abbasi has dismissed the complaint filed by Lubna Khalid Syed, a terminated employee from PTCL. According to details, the complainant could not produce any oral or written evidence in support of her charges despite the fact that a large amount of record was produced by her which turned out to be irrelevant.
It was concluded in the findings that although by using the word of harassment, Lubna Khalid had tried to bring her case within the ambit of jurisdiction of the Ombudsman's office the perusal of all record and emails did not support her allegations and the case was dismissed on jurisdiction.
