KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Saturday supported the decision of the business community of Karachi to keep the shops and markets opened till 8:00pm. Coordination Committee of the party in a statement said that MQM-P stands by the businessmen and traders of the city in the present difficult times.
The party criticized the PPP-led Sindh government "for imposing the decisions which are not workable".
The party believed that economic growth of Pakistan is associated with the resolution of problems of traders' community of Karachi and declared the use of force against traders of the city an "anti-country" act.
