PESHAWAR: The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank of Khyber was held on Tuesday at Peshawar. In view of the prevailing situation of Covid-19 pandemic and in compliance to the directives issued by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the meeting was held through video-link (Zoom). The AGM was attended by shareholders as well as by Directors through the link.
The shareholders approved all the items of ordinary and special business including the audited accounts for the year ended December 31, 2020, appointment of external auditors for the year ending December 31, 2021, final Cash Dividend @Rs.1.50 per share (15pc) and issuance of Bonus shares in proportion of 5 ordinary shares for every 100 ordinary shares (5pc).
The Chairman and the Managing Director also addressed the meeting and appreciated the good financial performance of the Bank for the year 2020.
