Finally! Afridi, Misbah get farewell

Legendary Captains Shahid Afridi and Misbahul Haq will finally get their deserved farewell as the will perform the lap of honour ahead of the final match between the World XI and Pakistan today (Friday).

As per details, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had organized a ceremony to honour Misbah, Afridi and Younis Khan, yesterday (Thursday).

However, Younis and Afridi had refused to attend the ceremony due to unknown reasons.

Today, just ahead of final match between the Green-Shirts and World XI, Misbah and Shahid Afridi will perform a lap of honour in front of home crowd.

On the other hand, numerous reports suggest that 1992 World Cup winning skipper Imran Khan is expected visit the Gaddafi stadium to watch the final match.

PCB had invited him and other legends ahead of the highly anticipated tour.
