ISLAMABAD: Model girl Ayyan Ali on Monday filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking permission to submit additional documents in customs officer Ejaz Mahmood murder case.
She submitted application through Advocate-On-Record (AOR) Chaudhry Akhtar Ali and made Secretary Interior Arif Khan, SHO Police Station Waris Khan Rawalpindi and Judicial Magistrate Rawalpindi respondents in the petition.
Ayyan Ali pleaded in its application that she was not involved in the murder of the customs officer. She said that she was in jail when Ejaz Mahmood was murdered.
She said that her name was not removed from the Exit Control List (CEL) despite court orders.
