Bollywood chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor has tied the knot with Delhi Girl Mira Rajput. While the actor is busy with the preparations at Gurgaon, his marriage destination, he receives a message from his ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor Khan wishing him best wishes on his big day.
Kareena who was once in a relationship with Shahid has no reservations about her past. The Diva wished him lots of happiness in his married life. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor had dated for four long years, their last film together was the very hit ‘Jab We Met’, later the two had broken up. While the actress whose now married to Saif Ali Khan has wished her ex lots of luck and a happy married life.
According to Indian media reports Kareena Kapoor Khan said, “I wish Shahid well, and I am sure Saif wishes him the same. It (marriage) is a good journey, and a great feeling. It is a moment of happiness for him.”
Kareena Kapoor also has a message for the media, “Shahid’s wedding is not a movie. Don’t turn it into a soap opera. We should just stick to the fact that I wish him nothing but happiness and joy in his married life,” she added.
The two have tied the knot in true Punjabi traditional manner. The nuptials were attended by 40 of close friends and family only.
