ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Monday strongly condemned the attack on the building of Wolesi Jirga (lower house of the Parliament) in Kabul.
"We commend the role of Afghan security forces in effectively countering this act of terrorism," said Foreign Office Spokesman Qazi Khalilullah in a statement issued here today.
He said the government of Pakistan reiterated its condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
The spokesman said, " We reaffirm our resolve to fight terrorism in close coordination with the Government of Afghanistan. We stand with our Afghan brothers in our common struggle against terrorism."
