Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer ‘Dilwale’ is all set to release on December 18 this year, on the same date when Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Bajirao Mastani’ is expected to hit theatres.
The clash of these two big banner films might get unpleasant as both of them are big budget films. While one has the rumoured, real-life couple Ranveer-Deepika in the leads, the other features the evergreen onscreen couple SRK-Kajol. Both the films will need a big opening to set cash registers ringing, Indian media reported.
SRK has begun shooting for the movie in Bulgaria, while film first schedule has already been started few weeks back with Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon as other leads.
‘Dilwale’ is a family entertainer starring Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Not only does the film bring back the evergreen pair of Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol on screen but also has an amazing ensemble of actors like Vinod Khanna, Boman Irani, Kabir Bedi, Sanjay Mishra and Varun Sharma among others.
SRK recently took to Twitter to share the first look and the official release date of the movie. He tweeted, “Red Chillies Ent; Get ready for #DILWALE this December, Rohit Shetty Ishtyle! #Dilwale18Dec”.
