ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Wednesday passed a resolution deeply mourning the death of Senator Azam Khan Hoti.
The resolution was moved by Iqbal Zafar Jhagra. The resolution appreciated the services of the late Senator Azam Khan Hoti for his party, nation and the country.
The House prayed that may Allah showered his blessings on the departed soul and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with fortitude.
Azam Khan Hoti was twice elected member of National Assembly and also served as Federal Minister.
He remained Senator from 1994 to 1997 and from 2012 to date.
