LAHORE: The Police claimed on Friday to have arrested 13 suspects during three-day search operation in the provincial capital.
Police said, the police checked identity of 6576 persons during the search operation and 13 of whom were arrested due to their incomplete documents. The police also took action against 55 people under article 55/109, sources added.
DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf said, "We cannot win the war against terrorism without implementing National Action Plan." He asked the people to cooperate with the police during the search operation and inform the police if they saw any suspect or object.
