HYDERABAD: MQM Leader, Senator Babar Ghori has said that former president and Co-Chairman PPP, Asif Ali Zardari "should take notice of bad governance and rise in the incidents of target killings in Sindh".
He said this while speaking at a press conference here on Saturday after offering the condolence to MQM Rabbita Committee member, Ghazi Salahuddin over his brother's death.
The target-killing incidents witnessed a rise due to bad governance by Sindh government, he said adding the provincial government has to resolve the issues of law and order.
"Ghazi Ziauddin was murdered despite having not affiliation with any political party and it occurred due to worsening law and order situation in the province", he said.
The senator said that Sindh government had to ensure the safety of lives and property of common citizens.
On the occasion, Deputy Convernor MQM Rabbita Committee, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the provincial government was not making satisfactory efforts to resolve the issues of law and order in the province.
He also demanded from the government to arrest murderers of deceased Ghazi Ziauddin and they must be brought to justice.
