ISLAMABAD: The government has accelerated disbursement of cash assistance among the internally displaced persons (IDPs) of North Waziristan Agency (NWA).
The total amount disbursed by the federal govt among the IDPs has now reached to Rs 1.42 billion, Radio Pakistan reported.
FATA Disaster Management Authority (FDMA) said that more than one hundred ninety-five million rupees were disbursed among the IDPs on Thursday.
The total amount disbursed by the federal government among the IDPs has now reached to 1.42 billion rupees.
Over thirty-nine thousand IDP families have received their cash assistance so far.
