LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Faisalabad Friday arrested two persons involved in illegal business of DTH equipment/services providers.
According to an FIA spokesman, the team conducted a raid in Darya Khan tehsil of Bhakkar district and arrested the accused, Umer Abbas and Ghulam Akbar.
A complaint against the accused was lodged by Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), stating that the accused were involved in illegal business of DTH through social media groups.
A case has been registered against the accused.
