CHICAGO: Spot basis offers for US soymeal were unchanged in the rail and truck markets on Wednesday, dealers said.
Demand was light, a dealer in Indiana said.
A rally in the futures market earlier this week pushed cash prices higher, keeping buyers who were considering booking more than just their routine orders on the sidelines.
On the export front, bids and offers for soymeal shipped by barge to the US Gulf were steady to firm.
