Merkel tells Putin to pull back troops as Kremlin accuses Ukraine of provocations

Putin says he will be vaccinated against COVID-19 on Tuesday

  • "Vaccination, of course, is a voluntary decision for every person. It is every person's personal decision," Putin said at a televised government meeting on Monday about Russian vaccines against COVID-19. "By the way I plan to do this tomorrow."

Russians who expect protests at highest since 1998: poll

  • Tens of thousands have taken to the streets in recent weeks to protest against the jailing of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, a prominent critic of President Vladimir Putin.
