ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Commerce, Engr. Khurram Dastgir Khan has said the government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was committed to root out menace of terrorism from the country.
Talking to Pakistan Television (PTV), the minister said Karachi operation was initiated with the consultation of all the political parties and was continued with consistency till achievement of its goals.
Khurram said the provincial government of Sindh would take care of all the issues related to the province and that the federal government would extend its support in this regard.
He said the enemies of the country wanted to weaken it but they would not be able to succeed in their nefarious designs.
We would have to keep an eye on secretive activities of the enemy as they were trying to create unrest in the country, he mentioned.
