ek-tha-tiger-leadKARACHI: Salman Khan’s most anticipated film of the year ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ set a groundbreaking opening and broke all records crossing 300 million rupees mark on first day at the Box Office.

According to reports, Khan’s mega film is expected to be the fifth consecutive blockbuster for the actor and the biggest of all.

Media quoted trade analysts as saying, “It is estimated to have made a record for a historic opening. It could also become the fastest movie to earn Rs. 1 billion at the box office in the next 4-5 days.”

Trade analysts believe that the film is expected to generate a whopping return over the weekend with Eid on Monday.

It is assumed that most of Khan’s fans have not turned up since some of them couldn’t get the tickets while rests are waiting for the sacred month of Ramadan to end. Owing to this belief, the film is expected to earn much more in the following days.
