PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar has said that peace has been established in Kuram Agency after a lot of sacrifices and asked the political administration to implement the Government's policies in this regard.
This he said in a meeting with representatives from Kuram Agency led by MNA Sajid Hussain Turi here at Governor's House.
The Governor expressed his grievance over the said demise of people belonging to Kuram Agency, in tragic boat incidence in Australia and said that the Government is in constant contact with the foreign office to bring the dead bodies back to their country.
The delegation from Kuram agency appreciated the role of the government in the agency and assured the Governor of their whole hearted support for Government policies in the area.
The Governor asked the tribal elders from Kuram Agency to forget their mutual differences and co-operate with one another to maintain peace in the region.
