KP government announces over 600 medical jobs in tribal districts

• "Never before has the health system needed you more. Apply!" KP Health Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra urged his people.

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) announced on Saturday that it is hiring more than 600 medical workers in the province.

In a tweet on Saturday, KP Health and Finance Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra called on medical workers to apply for the jobs as the health system needed them at a time when the province is battling the deadly coronavirus.

The province is recruiting for specialists for the position of Radiologist, Cardiologist, Psychiatrist, Gynecologist and several other posts. These positions are being offered at Rs 450000.

Positions of emergency medical officer and women medical officer are also being offered. These positions are being offered between Rs200000 and Rs30000. All posts are being offered to only suitable candidates from KP for one year.

"Never before has the health system needed you more. Apply!" the health minister urged the people. This opportunity by the KP government will serve as a huge incentive for the doctors who wish to serve the Government in Pakistan.
