The Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed on Monday to have arrested three terrorists and seized explosive material in huge amount from them.
A CTD spokesperson said that the alleged terrorists, identified as Adus Salam, Maodood Chisiti and Ali Muhammad Khan, were arrested from Gut Wala Pull of Faisalabad. He claimed that they were associated with a banned outfit and were planning to attack sensitive installations. However, the CTD did not mention the name of the banned outfit and described any detail regarding their plans and previous criminal history.
