The 12th International CSR Summit and Awards-2020 will be organized on January 22, at a hotel in Islamabad to thoroughly discuss current issues related to corporate philanthropy and properly eulogize efforts of the companies doing best philanthropic activities in the country to help its underprivileged masses.
The National Forum for Environment and Health (NFEH) has been organizing the summit and awards every year in Islamabad as the event has been recognized by the relevant quarters as the prime annual happening aimed at discussing in detail issues related to corporate philanthropy.
NFEH President Naeem Qureshi said the summit was being organized as an annual event to gather under one roof the companies doing their best to do philanthropy so that their efforts and resources could be meaningfully combined for the welfare of the underprivileged masses in the country.
He said the summit was also organised with the aim to having meaningful interaction between the relevant federal and provincial government authorities and corporate sector to utilize CSR activities for the best of the poor masses in the country. He said that summit would be attended by the relevant ministers, senior officials and heads of public sector agencies relevant to the social uplift sector for their meaningful dialogue with the corporate sector in the country doing active philanthropy.-PR
