The hallmark of the present government is that it is redressing the grievances of the common man through Pakistan Citizen Portal setup by the Prime Minister Imran Khan. It is worth mentioning that the benefits of this portal are reaching to the common man serving in any organization regardless of their status in the society, and anyone can directly approach this portal for his or her problems.

Recently, the clerical and non-clerical employees of Kissan Support Services Limited, a subsidiary of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, got unprecedented relief from this exquisite initiative of Prime Minister in his effort to establish good governance. For long time these employees demanded for rational increase in their salaries as they were drawing minimum wages as this matter was delayed due to various reasons. This prompted the employees to approach the Pakistan Citizen Portal.

When this matter reached the newly appointed President Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited through Pakistan Citizen Portal, he reviewed the matter in Board meeting and issued necessary instructions to the Brigadier Zaheer Ud Din Ahmad (retd) Managing Director Kissan Support Services Limited, to make necessary arrangement for enhancing the salaries of clerical and non clerical employees of KSSL, which has been implementing promptly.

Owing to this visionary endeavor of Prime Minister Imran Khan, 902 employees of Kissan Support Services Limited a subsidiary of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, which are 25 percent employees of KSSL, got relief across the board, who appreciated the commitment of present government.-PR
