Reference against judge: Another petition filed against composition of bench

Another petition has been filed to challenge the composition of 10-member bench that will resume hearing of petitions against the Presidential Reference against Justice Qazi Faez Isa from tomorrow (Monday).

A 10-member bench, headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial, is conducting the hearing of petitions of Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Pakistan Bar Council, Supreme Court Bar Association, bar councils and association of Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan and Abid Hassan Minto, and IA Rehman. Inam-ul-Rahiem filed a constitutional petition against the composition of the bench.
