The provincial ministers kept guessing failure of the sit-in of Maulana Fazlur Rehman throughout on Saturday. The Punjab Minister for Colonies department Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan said the opposition parties are confused over the continuity of the sit-in. Both the PMLN and PPP have disappointed Maulana Fazlur Rehman as per expectations. It is for the first time that a government is providing complete facilities to the protestors in the city of Islamabad.
He criticized the JUIF for brining students of Madrassas to the sit-in, saying that the government would continue with its accountability agenda despite a pressure from the opposition parties. The Punjab Minister for Labour and Human Resources Ansar Majeed Khan said the balloon of Maulana's sit-in is close to burst, as the PTI has never compromised on public interests.
