KARACHI: Silk bank Ltd has posted a profit after tax of Rs.695.063 million for the year ending December 31, 2011 as against a loss of Rs 1.131 billion in the same period last year.
According to an announcement here Wednesday, the pre-tax profit of the bank stood at Rs 1.358 billion compared to a loss of Rs 1.235 billion in 2010.
The earning per share improved to Rs 0.26 against a loss per share of Rs 0.49 last year.
