Askari Park reopens seven months after accident

The Askari Park has been reopened for the public from Tuesday night, after remaining closed for more than six months after it was sealed due to a ride collapsing and killing a girl.

The amusement park was inaugurated last year on Eid-ul-Fitr. However, it was shut down after one of the rides of the park collapsed, due to which one girl was killed and more than 15 people were injured. The ride of the park collapsed due to a broken bolt.

The park has been reopened now and several families showed up to enjoy at the park.
