Provincial president, ANP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said that opposition had not decided to destabilize the government and earned bad name in the masses. In an interview, Hoti, who is also a former chief minister of the KP province, said that instead of destabilizing the government, the opposition wanted to hold talks with them in matters like rigging, weak economy, governance, security and foreign policy to put the direction of government on right track.
"So far the opposition parties have taken decision to pack up the government. However, a consensus is prevailing among them for playing a joint role both inside and outside the parliament," he added.
To a question, regarding the usage of the term of selected Prime Minister for Imran Khan, he said that elections were not fair and transparent and all political parties were not given level playing field, saying they are talking on facts. He said that if it presumed that PTI was not existent in KP in case of fair polls, it would not have secured more than 10 provincial assembly seats is not correct. However, in case of fair polls it would not have obtained such majority to form government on its own strength and would ultimately sit on opposition benches.
He said that whatever happened on the evening of July 25 is known to all that how the political agents were kicked out of the polling stations and how after two and three days the ballot papers were found in streets and nullahs.
