Commissioner Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab Afzaal Bhatti has said that vast opportunities of investment are available in Punjab for Overseas Pakistanis in the fields of Agriculture, Energy, Livestock & Dairy Development and Industries. Talking to a delegation of Overseas Pakistanis Afzaal Bhatti said that, on the special instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Overseas Pakistanis are being encouraged to initiate new ventures in Punjab and all possible facilities are being provided to them in this regard.
He told the delegation that in order to sensitise Overseas Pakistanis about the investment opportunities in Punjab, OPC has so far arranged road shows in Bahrain, Qatar, Dubai, United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. Commissioner OPC Punjab further said that complaints of Overseas Pakistanis regarding government agencies of the Punjab are also being addressed on priority basis and Overseas Pakistanis can contact OPC Punjab for redressal of their problems.
Afzaal Bhatti further said that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, a vigorous plan to expedite the pace of economic development is being pursued by the Punjab Government.
