Modest trade on grain market

A few changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the process of trade, dealers said. On the cereals side, wheat new Bardan shed Rs 30 to Rs 3030, other commodities held the overnight levels, they added. On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag were unchanged at Rs 2000 and Rs 2100, castor seeds Lakhra, however, gained Rs 50 to Rs 2100, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh rose by Rs 20 to Rs 3000 and Rs 3050, other items moved cautious, but closed at the week-end levels, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams sector, they said.
