Young Doctors Association of Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center here on Sunday announced to resort to protest, including provision for "no work" as have not been paid their stipends for past several months. Doctors to media, they said house officers have not been their stipends for past five months while that of post graduate doctors pending for last two months.
Situation, Dr Samiullah Gill, Vice President, YDA - JPMC, said was a cause of serious difficulties for the doctors leaving them with little option than to resort to extreme measures.
He urged the authorities to adopt a sympathetic stance and help doctors against serious mental and physical inconvenience.
