Rwanda's year-on-year inflation eased to 4.5 percent in December from 4.8 percent in the previous month, its statistics office said on Sunday. The urban rate of inflation was -0.5 percent on a monthly basis, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda said on its website. The annual average rate between December 2015 and December 2014 was 2.5 percent, it added.
