Peshawar Zalmi offers help to Kerala flood victims
Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi has offered to donate 5000 tents and basic medical facilities to Kerala flood victims in India.
On the basis of humanity, we want to extend our full support to the people of Kerala, said Javed Afridi.
We are deeply saddened by the havoc caused by the floods in Kerala, India and aim to provide support in anyway we can through the Zalmi Foundation.
Chairman Javed Afridi expressed his remorse over the millions of people affected by the floods in Kerala. Through the Zalmi foundation, he has announced 5000 relief tents and medical supplies for the people of Kerala, India. Our prayers are with them and we are standing with them in this time of need.

It is worth to mention here that the floodwaters receded this week, it left astonishing devastation. In addition to more than 400 deaths, about 1.8 million people were displaced and entire towns and major public works were submerged, including the state’s main international airport.
