As many as two persons said to be involved in selling pork to different hotels were arrested here in Khanewal on Wednesday. According to details, the wildlife department carried out a raid at Pirowal Jungle in Khanewal and arrested two persons named Sonu and Kewala. Large quantity of bacon was seized in the crackdown. Both suspects are non-Muslims and they are being questioned by the authorities. Knives, axes and equipments used in the hunting of animals were also recovered. Sources reported that the pork was being sold to different hotels.
