Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and leader of the opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah including others visited central jail Karachi on Friday to meet Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) detained MPA Syed Ali Nawaz Shah. The PPP member is in detention after being convicted of a fraud case. But despite of such serious crime he is being facilitated well in the jail as the A-Class has been provided to him.
What more came as a surprise when during the visit, CM Sindh directed law department not to show any sluggishness in pursuing the case and instructed the jail authorities to provide all medical facilities to him. On this occasion, consultation was also made to lodge an appeal against NAB's decision.
