SRPA urges government to issue notification on pension raise

Sindh Retired Professors' Association (SRPA) has asked the government to issue notification of raise in pension, as promised by the Sindh government in its budget 2015-16. In a meeting held on Wednesday, Convenor SRPA Professor Saeed-ul-Zafar Khan accused the government of using delaying tactics in issuance of notification of raise in pension.
He also held the government responsible for deteriorating standards of education in the province. "Education Department is the most corrupt department in Sindh government," he said. Zafar appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of the situation.
