Seven Executive Engineers (EXNs) and 15 Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs) of Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) have been suspended over poor and inefficient performance. A task of improvement of recovery and decrease in line losses were given to all field offices of the company last month. An important meeting was held and performance in the light of given guide lines and directives were reviewed of all field offices.
Keeping in view poor performance and poor Recovery Pesco has immediately suspended 7 XENs and 15 SDOs of PESCO. They are included XEN City Rural Division Peshawar, XEN Charsadda, XEN Shabqadar, XEN Rural Division Mansehra, XEN Bannu Division, XEN Bannu-2 Division and XEN Mardan-1 Division.
Similarly, the SDOs are included SDO operation Batgram, Umarzai, Chamkani, Kohat Urban, Katlang, Lora Choke, Chitral, Puran Alpory, University -II Peshawar, Mathani, Mansehra Rural-II, Bannu Urban, Shabqadar, Doaba and SDO Bisham. Chief Executive, PESCO Syed Hassan Fazil warned the Field Staff to improve their performance otherwise strict disciplinary action will be taken against them.
