Falling trend on grain market

Prices dropped modestly on the wholesale grain market on Wednesday in the process of slow trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, wheat new Bardan quoted at Rs 3125, other commodities maintained overnight levels, they said. On the seeds side, cake low type was higher by Rs 110 to Rs 1210 and the best quality was up by Rs 90 to Rs 1215, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new low type inert at Rs 1575 while the good type shed Rs 25 to Rs 1650, they said.
On the rice side, Irri-6 Sindh low type was down by Rs 50 to Rs 3325 and the good variety was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 3425, other types maintained overnight levels, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams sector, they said.
